But enough about the analogy and let me just shout TGIF! Since I don't have ITP on Saturday and Sunday, to me, it is a damn great cause of celebration and relief (koped from above). You guys have no idea how boring ITP is. -.-
After work, I went over to my cousin's place at Bukit Panjang for some childish children's trading card games (The name might be called Yu-Gi-Oh! I think)! :] I'm not going to buy anymore new cards, but it's nice to get the dust out of my old cards sometimes just to do some thrashing. A man with four decks has surely got a lot of dust to get rid of!
Well, after that game, I went home. Since it was my father's birthday, we bought a cake, some supper and had a small celebration among ourselves! :]
^Yummy yummy mango cake! :]
Sung the song, did the norm, and the celebration was soon broken up.
Now to talk about Saturday. No worries, no more Wikipedia bullcraps.
11:20am, I woke up and found out I was supposed to be somewhere 20 minutes ago with one phonecall from Noel. "Oh f*cking shit." were the only words running through my head back then. I rushed to Yew Tee MRT immediately meet up with the old card game gang. Yeah, it was pure coincidence! Right 4 hours after my cousin called me for a game, my old card game gang called me to play also. FYI, my friends dunno my cousin.
We played a few games, and I found out that while I was enjoying my retirement, Noel and Anwarsecretly levelled up in underground and aboveground tournaments respectively. What a waste of money. When they asked me why I am no longer spending money on cards, I told them I was saving it for "adult usage".
^My four decks! Monarch, Beatdown, Six Samurai and Crystal Beasts. :]
Well, it was fun to re-liven the old times, but I got owned by their stupid OTK (One Turn Kill) combos. >< Imba. They sure are born meta players for tournaments. Well, not me. I prefer to play for leisure. That is what "playing" means. Why so serious?
Noel informed me about a cosplay event, which I got hyped up to go to, because I might see a certain someone there. He neglected to tell me until two hours later that there was an entrance fee of $10. -.- Should I go? Cosplayers are nothing to marvel about, to be honest, after me and Zack took photos with them at Escapade. Unless those cosplayers look as good as her!
^Dunch jealous, guys!
My primary motive to go is so I can see someone (no, not the girl above) anyway, which I think will reject my every offer to see her. So, should I go? Hmm... Decisions, decisions...
After the card game session, I headed to Orchard. Saw this damn chio bu sitting in front of me till she alighted two stops before me. Whoa, she was damn hot. >< Way out of my league. Had my lesson, and I tested my camera and took a few shots around the place.
^They should be glad I'm advertising for them...
^And their toilet directions. Wow, the reception sure were staring at me when I was taking this shot...
^"I AM GUNDAM!"
^Nyan Koi, anyone? :P
^They say that if you fold a thousand paper cranes, your wishes will come true...
^If my future house is golden like this, I would be really happy ah!
After that, me and Fel headed to ION for a few snacks of Mini Okonomiyaki, some chicken skillet and curry korokkes. Damn cheap! $1 per item only, and those stuff usually cost more than that outside. Plus, it's all piping warm, and when you buy 5, you get one free. For you guys who are interested, it's called Tokyo Monja.
^My stamp card for Tokyo Monja!
^Mini Oko(nomiyaki) from there!
^And their delicious curry korokke, which I took a bite out of.
^A totally unrelated takoyaki stall nearby. I just saw their takoyaki frying so beautifully that I couldn't resist taking a shot. >< Sorry for poor quality of picture.
Me and Fel then chatted about our ITPs on the train, before I headed home.
Wa, my handphone, which was damaged 3-4 months ago, suddenly revive by itself! Damn scary! But thanks to that, I can now take and upload photos. Poor quality too, sorry about that. Don't blame me, it's just 2 Megapixels. Even with a super duper pro cameraman, there is only so much I can do! :] But thanks to that I can now post pictures of what I want to photograph! ^_^
And be warned, my hobby is taking pictures! Don't mind if you end up here. Hehehe...
